In the event that you require more than 40 hours within a six-month period, additional hours may be purchased at the rate of $45 per hour billed in quarter hour increments.
Enhanced Sharepoint Support Plan $495 (Quarter)
Our Enhanced Sharepoint Support Plan provides 15 pre-purchased hours of expert Sharepoint Support over a three-month period. Support request can be requested via email, web interface, and toll free telephone (Mon - Fri 9 AM - 8 PM EST AND Sat 11 AM - 3 PM EST). This plan offers a 3-hr maximum response time.
In the event that you require more than 15 hours within a six-month period, additional hours may be purchased at the rate of $45 per hour billed in quarter hour increments.

Our Basic Sharepoint Support Plan provides 4 pre-purchased hours of Sharepoint Support over a 1-month period. Support request can be requested via email, web interface, and toll free telephone (Mon - Fri 9 AM - 6 PM EST). This plan offers a 4-hr maximum response time.
In the event that you require more than 4 hours within a one-month period, additional hours may be purchased at the rate of $45 per hour billed in quarter hour increments.
